Nola
5 year old doe

Nola is a sweet gal, and has been my daughter's 4-H showmanship animal for the last few years. She kids easily and without assistance, she is trained to the milk stand and can be hand or machine-milked. She is very patient and we use her to train children how to milk a goat. She is an easy-keeper and hardy - it doesn't take much to keep her in good condition. We use holistic/natural methods at our farm for worming, etc. and she is rarely in need of any intervention. Nola has participated in both Linear Appraisal and DHI Milk Test. She can be bred to our buck before she leaves if you are interested.
Smokey
3 year old doe

Smokey is an excellent milker, easily earning her *M as a first freshener, consistently producing high fat and high volume. She also kept her volume over a long period of time, and was still producing at 10 months fresh. She is a good mother, and has been shown in 4-H, so she is used to walking on a collar. We love Smokey, and we love her daughter that we freshened this year - overall a wonderful doe!

Pricing: Does start at $400 and increase based on LA scores, milk stars, or show wins on the dam and/or sire. Wethers are $150 each or $200 for two. Bucks are rarely available and start at $300. If you have questions, contact me!
